  • Location Data: To provide accurate course data and recommendations, we collect GPS and location data from your device while using the app.
  • Gameplay and Usage Data: We track your golf rounds, club usage, scoring statistics, and interactions with our features.
  • Payment Details: Subscriptions are processed via Stripe, which collects your payment information. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect primarily to deliver a personalized caddy experience. This includes:

  • Creating and maintaining your account and game sessions.
  • Providing customized game feedback using AI and mapping tools.
  • Processing transactions and sending related information like receipts.
  • Detecting and resolving technical issues and bugs.
  • Improving the service and developing new features.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, we may share certain information with trusted partners to operate our application, improve our services, and deliver personalized content or targeted advertising within the App. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Tools like Firebase, Mapbox, and Stripe used for hosting, rendering 3D maps, and processing payments securely.
  • Marketing & Advertising Partners: We may share anonymized or aggregated data (such as equipment preferences or course locations) with advertising partners to show you relevant sponsored content or ads within the ShotSensay app.
  • Analytics Partners: Third parties that help us understand App usage and improve performance.

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to analyze App usage, remember your preferences, and deliver targeted advertising. ShotSensay is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will take steps to securely delete it.
